1. First-Time User Login for the Organization By selecting Add User from the Control Panel, Organization Administrators can create users.
When a user creates an account through the Control Panel, the administrator provides the user with the first-time password. The administrators' login email address and password information must be used by users to check in for the first time through this URL. Users can modify their passwords in the Accounts section after logging in.
2. Individual User Login When setting up their own email accounts, personal users would have selected their email address and password. Personal users can log into their accounts using the phone numbers they gave when signing up. The credentials they entered can be used to log into Zoho Mail.
3. Login to Control Panel From mailadmin.zoho.in, an organization administrator or super administrator can log in and access the Control Panel. They can access the Control Panel by entering their Zoho account credentials. They can also click the Control Panel link from their profile if they are already signed in to their Zoho Mail account.
